We separated access from licensing, updated deposit, collateral, fees, and app coverage, and added evidence limits, 21+ wording, and referral disclosure before links.

April to July 2026 — source changes

Polymarket published an exchange and pUSD collateral upgrade, then updated deposit and fee material. We no longer use USDC.e-only descriptions or absolute no-fee claims.

Update policy

Each source keeps its own check date. An article date changes only after the source is opened and decision-relevant claims are compared. A claim that cannot be re-verified is removed or marked stale.

Current source snapshot — 1 August 2026

This summary brings together the most decision-sensitive claims checked on the displayed date. It does not replace opening the live links because policies, fees, and products can change after publication.

• GCGRA register: Polymarket did not appear by name on the public licensee list.
• Geographic policy: the UAE was not shown on the published blocked list, and VPN bypass is prohibited.
• Product identity: the international website and US app are separate products and accounts.
• Collateral: documentation describes pUSD as the current trading collateral.
• Fees: selected categories carry taker fees, so not all trading can be described as fee-free.

A material entry records the date, previous wording, new wording, URL, and verification method. A live service-status page is not evidence of licensing, security, or future performance.
