A safer workflow
Open the deposit screen in your account and choose the token and network there. An address may be fixed to your profile but differs across networks; do not reuse one from an old screenshot or article.
- Match token and network exactly.
- Check the minimum displayed in the interface.
- Send a small test above that minimum.
- Wait for confirmation before sending more.
The full cost
Your cost can include an on-ramp charge, conversion spread, network fee, and trading spread or slippage. A no-platform-deposit-fee statement does not make the complete route free.
The April 2026 upgrade moved platform collateral to pUSD, so USDC.e-only guides may no longer describe the current interface.

If you used the wrong network
Do not send a second transfer to repair the first. Save the transaction ID, network, and address, then use an official recovery or support route if available. Confirmed blockchain transfers are generally irreversible.
What happens to a supported deposit?
Polymarket's current bridge documentation says supported assets sent from Ethereum and other EVM chains, Solana, Bitcoin, and additional supported networks are bridged and converted to pUSD on Polygon before being credited for trading. pUSD is the collateral currently used on Polymarket and is backed by USDC through onchain contracts.
The existence of a deposit address does not prove that every token on that network is supported. Check the live asset, network, and minimum immediately before sending because the list and thresholds can change.
Pre-transfer checklist
Request a current route quote when available and read the expected output, charges, and estimated time. Do not rely on an old screenshot or a minimum copied from an earlier article.
- Match the asset and source chain against the live supported-assets list.
- Confirm that the address belongs to the same profile and login method.
- Start with a small test transfer where practical.
- Save the transaction hash, source address, destination address, token, and network.
- Send more only after confirming why an earlier transfer is pending.
